What they need
- Should have worked on large complex Government Tenders/enterprise bids and have good understanding of the bidding process.
- Should be well versed with various Govt. eProcs, GeM, Tender Wizards, nCode, etc.
- Should have sound knowledge of IT domain
- Should have Good communication & writing skills and should be well worse with Government tender documentation.
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office tools
- Good documentation skills using MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF etc.
- Well organised & focus
- Should have good reading capacity (since manager has to read large Tender Documents)
- Good co-ordination capability
- Capability to work on multiple tender documentation simultaneously
- Min. 3 to 6 years of experience in complex bid management and documentation
