Duties

• Develop comprehensive bid proposals by interpreting client requirements and aligning our solutions accordingly
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored to each bid opportunity, highlighting our strengths and unique value propositions
• Proofread all bid documents meticulously to eliminate errors, inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with submission guidelines
• Manage the entire bid process from initial planning through submission, ensuring deadlines are met consistently
• Maintain organised records of all bid documents, feedback, and lessons learned for continuous improvement

Experience

• Proven experience in bid writing or proposal development within a competitive industry environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure error-free submissions
• Ability to interpret technical documents and translate them into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
• Experience working under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
