Bidder (Upwork)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our team at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing, with the ability to identify relevant projects, understand client requirements, and submit customized proposals for software and web development services.

The candidate should be able to research potential clients, evaluate job opportunities, select relevant projects, and create compelling proposals that increase the chances of receiving client responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
• Review job postings and determine their suitability for our services.
• Understand project requirements before submitting proposals.
• Write and submit customized, high-quality proposals.
• Create strong and relevant proposal openings based on client requirements.
• Research client profiles, hiring history, and previous projects.
• Select relevant portfolio samples for each proposal.
• Focus on quality projects with strong potential for client response.
• Maintain consistent daily bidding activity according to assigned targets.
• Track submitted proposals, Connects used, responses, and overall bidding performance.
• Monitor response and conversion rates and improve bidding strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on demand and trends in software, web development, AI, mobile development, DevOps, and automation.
• Follow company bidding guidelines and daily targets.
• Coordinate with the technical/business development team when additional project information is required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding.
• Previous experience bidding for software development or web development projects.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Excellent proposal-writing skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze client requirements.
• Familiarity with WordPress, custom web/software development, APIs, mobile applications, AI solutions, DevOps, and automation.
• Good understanding of Upwork jobs, client profiles, and hiring history.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to write personalized proposals instead of generic or copy-paste bids.
• Good attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work toward daily bidding and performance targets.
• Previous experience with international clients will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
