Bidding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end bidding process, from bid preparation and planning to submission.
• Work closely with Sales and Presales teams to develop competitive proposals and strategies to win business opportunities.
• Review customer tender documents and requirements, identify potential gaps, and ensure all bid requirements are met.
• Evaluate bidding opportunities based on business potential, competition, costs, and associated risks.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely bid submission, prepare management reports, and analyze bid results to identify areas for improvement.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the ICT industry, including at least 4 years in bidding, tender management, or handling large-scale business deals.
• Strong understanding of the bidding process, proposal preparation, competitor analysis, and strategies to improve the chances of winning bids.
• Good knowledge of enterprise ICT solutions, such as Cloud, Data Center, Network, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
• Strong business understanding, analytical skills, and ability to identify potential risks and business opportunities.
• Good coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. PMP certification is an advantage.
