Bidding Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to end preparation, consolidation, and submission of all bid documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• On top of all potential biddings to be participated, including organizing and coordinating meetings with all concerned departments prior to joining biddings.
• Represent the company in government institution for public bidding, as necessary.
• Participate in the formulation of bidding strategies, including positioning, risk assessment and competitor analysis to be discussed to the Sales Manager.
• Monitor all submitted bids and maintain a tracking system for status, outcomes, and key timelines.
• Provide guidance, support, and task delegation to Bidding Staff.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any Business, Marketing, or Medical related course, preferably with Master’s Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related field, preferably within the related industry.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare all required reports on time.
• Can start Immediately.
