Big Data Engineer

Are you passionate about building scalable data platforms and working with cutting-edge Big Data technologies? We're looking for a Senior Big Data Engineer to join an international team in the Financial Services sector and collaborate closely with teams based in Paris.

🔹 What you'll be working with

• Designing and developing Big Data solutions using Spark, Python, Hadoop, Hive, SQL, Kafka, Linux & APIs
• Building and optimizing high-performance data processing pipelines
• Implementing and enhancing CI/CD practices and DevOps workflows
• Managing deployments and releases using Git, GitLab CI, XL Release & XL Deploy
• Scheduling and monitoring workflows through CTRL-M
• Driving performance improvements and platform optimization initiatives

✅ What we're looking for

• Strong experience with Spark and Big Data ecosystems
• Solid software development background
• Experience with CI/CD , source control ( Git ) and DevOps concepts
• Fluent English (B2+ minimum)
• Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative mindset
• Experience working in international environments

⭐ Nice to Have

• French language skills
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization
