Senior Data Platform / Data Infrastructure Engineer

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• 3+ years supporting production data platforms/workloads, particularly Spark, Airflow, or Jupyter.
• 5+ years of hands-on ETL/ELT development and data transformation using Python/Java and SQL.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes, including managed platforms such as AWS EKS or GCP GKE.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, microservices, and service-to-service communication.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot application failures, resource contention, latency, scaling, and performance issues.
• Strong experience analyzing logs, metrics, monitoring tools, and service KPIs.
• Experience with production operations, incident response, RCA, and 24/7 on-call support.
• Experience with GitOps/DevOps, platform automation, observability, and reliability improvements.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and promote security, platform standards, and operational best practices.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Flink, Trino, Druid, or Ray
• Bash/Python automation
• CKAD, AWS Certified Data Engineer, or related certifications

Pay: Php135,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
