Qualifications:

For Experienced Professionals:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in big data technologies, with hands-on experience in tools like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching or training, particularly in a freelance or remote capacity, is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in big data tools and technologies, data processing frameworks, and programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala. Experience with cloud-based big data services (e.g., AWS EMR, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in big data or related fields (e.g., Cloudera Certified Associate, AWS Certified Big Data Specialty) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex big data concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.

For Freshers:

• Education: A degree or certification in Big Data, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of big data technologies and tools, gained through academic coursework, internships, or personal projects. Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Passion for Teaching: A strong interest in teaching and mentoring students in big data, with a commitment to developing effective training methods.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of making complex big data topics understandable to diverse audiences.
