Duties & Responsibilities

Core Repair & Maintenance

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical issues with bicycles (road, mountain, hybrid, folding, electric, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance: tune-ups, chain cleaning/lubrication, brake and gear adjustment, tire replacement, wheel truing, spoke tensioning, bearing service
• Repair or replace components: drivetrains, brakes (rim/hydraulic disc), shifters, derailleurs, cassettes, cranks, pedals, headsets, bottom brackets, suspensions, handlebars, stems, saddles, seat posts
• Service electric bike systems: motors, batteries, controllers, sensors, wiring (per manufacturer specs and safety standards)
• True, balance, and build wheels; replace rims, spokes, hubs, and freehubs
• Adjust suspension systems: air pressure, oil changes, lockout, and travel settings

Assembly & Setup

• Assemble new bicycles from boxes, follow manufacturer instructions, ensure proper torque, safety, and alignment
• Perform full pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and setup: correct sizing, torque all fasteners, test all functions
• Fit bicycles to riders: adjust frame size, saddle height, reach, handlebar position, cleat placement for comfort and efficiency

Inspection, Safety & Quality

• Conduct safety checks and full system diagnostics; identify worn, damaged, or unsafe parts and recommend replacements
• Follow safety protocols: use proper tools, lift safely, handle hazardous materials (lubricants, cleaners) per regulations
• Keep accurate service records: work orders, parts used, labor time, warranty claims, and customer recommendations
• Test-ride bicycles after service to verify repairs, proper function, and safety before returning to customer

Inventory, Tools & Workshop

• Maintain, clean, and calibrate specialized tools, torque wrenches, stands, and diagnostic equipment
• Track parts inventory, restock common consumables (tubes, tires, cables, housing, lubricants, bolts), and report low stock
• Keep the workspace organized, clean, and hazard-free; dispose of waste and used parts responsibly

Customer Service & Advice

• Explain repairs, issues, and costs clearly to customers; provide estimates before starting work
• Advise riders on maintenance schedules, proper use, care, upgrades, and safety practices
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and build trust through transparent, quality service

Compliance & Continuous Learning

• Stay updated on new models, components, e-bike systems, and industry standards
• Follow warranty policies, recall notices, and manufacturer service procedures
• Adhere to safety guidelines for e-bike high-voltage systems, battery handling, and charging

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
