Duties

• Operate industrial sewing machines and serging equipment to assemble bikini components efficiently and accurately
• Manually cut fabric materials using measuring instruments and cutting tools to ensure precise pattern matching
• Sew seams with proper seam construction techniques, maintaining consistent quality standards in production
• Handle materials carefully, ensuring proper fabric handling and storage to prevent damage or waste
• Conduct dimensional measurements and quality checks throughout the sewing process to meet strict quality standards in production
• Perform garment sewing, embroidery, and upholstery tasks as needed to enhance design details and durability
• Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper machine operation and materials handling protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience with garment sewing, seam construction, and industrial sewing machine operation
• Knowledge of measuring instruments, fabric materials, and quality standards in production processes
• Skilled in manual cutting (fabric cutting) and materials handling techniques
• Familiarity with safety standards in production environments to ensure a safe workspace
• Ability to perform precise dimensional measurements and work with various fabric materials including swimwear fabrics
• Experience with serging, embroidery, and upholstery is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a passion for creating high-quality swimwear products
