Bilingual Account Executive

MasterPro is a US Home Services company operating across California and Oregon, with expansion underway into Washington, Texas, and Louisiana. We're an authorized installation provider for major national retailers.

We're hiring one Account Executive to own some accounts and bring more — managing existing relationships and building the book from there.

What you'll do

• Own assigned accounts as the single point of contact
• Daily outbound calling to prospects and existing clients
• Run virtual meetings and build presentations
• Develop account growth plans and close new business
• Follow every project start to finish — verify photos, documentation, and completion
• Coordinate in-person team meetings when needed
• Own your revenue targets

Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B sales, with direct experience selling to US clients
• Native or fluent English — you'll be on calls with American clients daily
• Proven record of hitting revenue targets
• Comfortable with CRM tools and video conferencing
• Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, own computer

Nice to have

• Home services, construction, or trades background
• Experience with Monday.com
