Bilingual Accountant Coordinator Clerk AGM TOOLS is an expansion company that has 15 years in the tools market and AGM TOOLS is dedicated to distributing tools to fabricate countertops for example for kitchen, bathrooms, for tables, etc. AGM TOOLS has 12 locations in USA (Texas 6 locations, North Caroline 2 locations, South Florida 2 locations, Arkansas and Oklahoma).   Responsibilities: -Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable  -Bank reconciliations for different locations-Cash Flow  -Collect money  -Compose monthly and quarterly cash flow provisions.  -Have excellent general ledger knowledge to maintain and manage all aspects of the general ledger.  -Knowledge of balance sheets  -Classification of expenses and payments.  -Closing of books  -Preparation of forecasts and budgets.  -Prepare a ledger for receipt of entries and appropriate reconciliations.  -Prepare monthly cost reports for the CEO  -Monitor and Assist with Inventory-Purchasing and invoices for suppliers and customers.  -Assist with controls for sales representatives, daily Excel report for sales.  -Insurance control and management  -Reconcile daily cash flow when making the deposit.  -Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.  -Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Biweekly and Annual Sales Reports. Education:  Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Must) Experience: -Accounts Receivable (2-5 years)  -Accounts Payable (2-5 years) -NetSuite (Experience good to have) -Bank Reconciliation(3 -5 years) -Cash Flow daily, weekly and monthly -P&L knowledge  -Must QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop and Online (2-5 years)  -Must be fluently Bilingual in Spanish and English Values needed *Honest, Consistency, Professional, Proactive, Responsible, Dedicate, Positive Attitude, Stable. *Must be bilingual in Spanish and English *Must have experience in Sales and Customer Service from 3-5 years or more AGM TOOLS is looking for candidates honest, responsible, compromise, multitask, ambitious, and enjoy sales.
