Bilingual Agent (Spanish-English)

This would entail providing support in many varieties on Airline’s customer service requests on social media platforms in Spanish Language.

• Candidate must be at least college undergraduate or Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
• High level of and proven experience in both Written & Spoken in Spanish Language.
• Good English-Speaking skills with 6 months-1 year experience in customer service is preferable.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Google+ etc.) as needed in the job.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule.
