Bilingual Apartment Maintenance Technician

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Preston Oaks Apartments in Louisville, KY. We are offering $20- to $25 per hour plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off. Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• 2+years' experience in general maintenance
• Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
• Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Problem solving skills
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
