As a Bilingual AT&T Representative, you will work directly with customers to introduce AT&T wireless products, answer questions, and recommend personalized solutions based on each customer's needs. Responsibilities of the Bilingual AT&T Representative

• Introduce customers to AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions while recommending solutions that best fit their individual needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and informative experience during every interaction.
• Partner with fellow team members to improve sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to team success.
• Assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate product information.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer services through additional products and promotions when appropriate.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, account updates, and sales activity.

Qualifications of the Bilingual AT&T Representative

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or another customer facing role is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and wireless products.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude and solution focused approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Self motivated with a desire to grow professionally and contribute to a team.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,550.00 per week
