Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in both languages confidently, ensuring clear communication and personalized service that exceeds expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and adherence to food safety regulations
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments efficiently
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the bar’s creative offerings by experimenting with flavors and presentation techniques
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety

Experience

• Proven experience in bartending within fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering settings
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, cocktail mixology, and beverage recipe development
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly
• Demonstrated ability in food service operations with a focus on customer service excellence
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Previous roles involving beverage sales, bar management or hospitality industry experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language to effectively serve diverse guests
• Skills in time management, multitasking during busy hours, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
