What You’ll Do

We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Bronx, NY .

In this role, you will:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes across Bronx.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created and supervised by a BCBA.
• Support children in building communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment at all times.
• Collect and log data daily to track client progress.
• Receive regular training, feedback, and supervision to strengthen your ABA skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible, part-time schedules in Bronx, NY
  • Passion for working with children and families

• Preferred:

  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 3 months of employment )
  • Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (offered free and online by Kids First)
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Prior ABA therapy experience in home, school, or community settings

👉 Prior ABA experience is required. Once you complete your RBT training and certification, you will gain access to more competitive pay rates.
