Description:

Mankato Full Spectrum ABA is seeking dedicated and bilingual Behavior Technicians to join our team. We offer fully paid training and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You’ll work in a supportive environment, providing one-on-one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and engaging with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and support to children with Autism.

• Ensure a safe, organized, and engaging environment.

• Lift up to 30 lbs, interact with children at their eye level, and maintain clean play areas.

• Actively participate in play and skill development activities.

• Document services and progress, and assist with family training.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

• Passion for working with children and families.

• Previous experience in childcare or a related field is a plus.

• Reliable transportation and commitment to attendance.
