Role Overview
Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is on the lookout for an exceptional Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE). In this pivotal role, you will be the ultimate connector between our Japanese clientele and our Vietnam-based development squads. You will ensure that technical requirements are perfectly understood, cross-cultural communication is seamless, and high-impact projects are delivered flawlessly.

Core Responsibilities

• Bilingual Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary interface connecting customer teams with our engineering delivery pods. You will masterfully translate business requirements and field constraints into actionable, engineering-ready specifications, while relaying complex technical decisions back to stakeholders in precise Japanese.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Infrastructure Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) and Field Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Your mission is to thoroughly capture acceptance criteria, domain logic, and real-world constraints so that nothing is "lost in translation" from concept to build.
• Productization Lifecycle: Anchor the product development process to reality. Ensure that as our solutions evolve from initial prototypes into reusable, enterprise-grade applications, they remain completely aligned with actual site conditions and customer expectations.

What You Bring to the Table

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• Technical Expertise: 3 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience, backed by a profound understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional dual-language capabilities! You must be fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher is strongly preferred) and possess professional working proficiency in English. Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages is a must.
• Global Exposure: A proven track record of collaborating closely with Japanese clients or operating within distributed, global engineering teams is highly advantageous.
• Soft Skills: A highly proactive mindset, stellar problem-solving capabilities, and the versatility to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Pay: Up to 80,000,000₫ per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
