Bilingual BT/RBT

Ready Set 4 ABA is looking for passionate, dependable, and energetic Bilingual Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team!

We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in a supportive, collaborative, and family-oriented environment. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working with children, are committed to making a positive difference, and are eager to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• RBT or ABAT certification preferred.
• BT applicants must be willing to obtain required certification before providing services, in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be reliable, patient, energetic, and professional.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
