Bilingual Call Center Representative (Onsite)

Adecco is assisting in recruiting for Bilingual M&R Providers Call Center Representatives in Puerto Rico. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering $13.00 per hour for an onsite position. Selected candidates will provide customer service support while using telephone and computer systems to analyze and resolve customer inquiries and problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support by telephone and computer.
• Analyze and resolve customer questions, concerns, and problems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to perform daily job duties.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
• Follow established procedures and meet service expectations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience analyzing and resolving customer problems OR 1+ year of office experience using the telephone and computer as primary tools.
• Intermediate Windows PC navigation skills or higher.
• Ability to navigate and work efficiently across multiple systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday .
• Flexible to work any 8-hour shift within business hours of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM .

Compensation & Schedule

• $13.00 per hour
• Temp-to-Hire
• Onsite
• 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
• 16 weeks of training
• No PTO allowed during the training period

Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
