Duties

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital communication channels to promote vehicle sales.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and develop a robust sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities within the local community and B2B (business-to-business) networks.
• Present high-end vehicles confidently, highlighting features, financing options, and upselling additional services or accessories.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and personalized communication in multiple languages.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems supported by the dealership.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while supporting inventory management and marketing initiatives.

Experience

• Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger cars or high-end vehicles.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, deal closing, and achieving sales targets within a dealership environment.
• Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication abilities and phone etiquette.
• Experience with automotive financing options, inventory control, and CRM software is highly desirable.
• Multilingual proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with diverse clientele; fluency in at least two languages is preferred.
• Familiarity with outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and client outreach to expand customer base.
• Organizational skills coupled with retail math knowledge to manage multiple clients efficiently while supporting sales team management efforts.
