Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to support patient care, scheduling, and documentation in a fast-paced chiropractic clinic. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable working with patients and providers daily.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient flow and basic therapies
- Perform vitals on new patients and re-exams
- Schedule appointments and manage check-in/check-out
- Enter accurate patient notes in iSalus EMR
- Maintain organized patient charts
- Communicate with patients and assist with questions
- Support PI case coordination when needed
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Chiropractic or medical office experience preferred
- Experience with iSalus EMR is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable and professional
