Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Connect with past and current clients through consistent phone and follow-up communication.
• Communicate professionally and confidently in English and Spanish
• Make outbound calls focused on building relationships, checking in, and providing value.
• Listen to clients, understand their needs, and identify ways to provide additional value
• Meet daily activity and performance goals while maintaining quality conversations
• Address questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism

What success looks like at 6 months:

• High enrollment rate, consistent call metrics, and high client satisfaction scores

Qualifications

What you bring (must-haves):

• Fluent in English and Spanish — spoken and written

• Strong customer service and phone skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging clients over the phone

• Nice-to-haves:

• Sales or call-center experience

• Texas real estate license or pursuing growth opportunities
