Bilingual Computer Testing Proctor – Entry Level

Job Responsibilities

• Proctor computer-based tests and follow established testing procedures.
• Assist participants with check-in, computer setup, and testing instructions.
• Monitor testing sessions to maintain test security and compliance with program requirements.
• Maintain accurate testing records and documentation.
• Communicate clearly with participants and team members in English and Spanish.
• Learn new testing programs and procedures and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and a professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with additional hours and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
