Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills to effectively coordinate construction projects and liaise between clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction project schedules, resources, and documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements clearly in both English and Spanish.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support project managers with administrative tasks and project documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and site visits, providing translation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in construction project coordination or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and safety standards is a plus.
