Bilingual Counselor | Remote

Position: Bilingual Benefits Counselor

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50 - $150/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review sample questions in Spanish and English and flag any that don t sound like what real people ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer in your area of expertise.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers in Spanish against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and mistranslations.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.

Requirements

• Native or professional Spanish and English proficiency.
• Experience in at least one of: Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, or National Park services.
• Strong relevant experience counseling or assisting the public in that area.
• Clear, precise writing in both languages.
