Bilingual Customer Sales Representative

Job Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the right products, complete purchases, and enjoy a welcoming retail experience. You’ll use your bilingual communication skills to assist customers in both languages required for the role, explain product options, and support smooth store operations. This is a paid position.

Duties

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide attentive customer service in both languages.
• Recommend products, conduct product demos, answer questions, and use upselling techniques when appropriate.
• Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other payment methods.
• Use professional phone etiquette to respond to customer inquiries; assist with supervising tasks as assigned.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
