YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Ensure that orders are processed effectively, either by phone, emails or faxes

• Process each order in the computer system accurately

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

• Process calls to all customers as required by the cheese factory

• Dealing with customer complaints and resolve problems to keep an outstanding customer service

What You Have

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Minimum High School Diploma and /or equivalent experience and education

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position

• Must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to details and high precision when you perform your job daily tasks.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, more particularly Excel

• Alphanumeric data entry efficiency

• Must be Bilingual (English, French)
