What they need
HIRING: Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Cantonese
💰 Salary: Up to ₱130,000
📍 Location: Ortigas
🌙 Shift: Graveyard Shift
Qualifications:
At least Senior High School Graduate or 2 years completed in College (any course)
Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, or typing in Cantonese
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Good phone etiquette and customer service skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry
Filipino applicants preferred!
