WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a related position
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to handle customer requests efficiently and professionally
