Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Home Zone Furniture, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role is essential in ensuring a positive shopping experience by addressing inquiries, providing support, and solving issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, routing software, and Zendesk.
• Provide detailed information about upcoming deliveries
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings and promotions.
• Assist in resolving issues related to deliveries or returns effectively.
• Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 8 am - 5 pm & Monday - Friday; 8 am- 5 pm

• Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
