Bilingual Customer Service Representative

You will be working with a global customer experience company supporting international clients. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist customers, address inquiries, and provide excellent service in both English and the target language.

What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate concerns when necessary
• Follow company processes and service standards

What we are looking for

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, and any of the following:

  • German
  • French
  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • Others: Turkish, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian

• Willing to work onsite in San Juan, Metro Manila

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts

• Have the necessary permit/visa to work in the Philippines
