Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in office! Existing Property and Casualty insurance license is highly preferred. With previous experience working in the Property and Casualty insurance space. Looking to add a customer service representative on part time in office. Willing to work around your schedule, with as much advance notice as possible.

Duties

• Answering the phone and resolving client requests during the phone call or a reasonable amount of time
• Running multiple quotes with multiple carriers monotonously
• Performing many outbound calls to either existing clients, previous clients or even cold calling leads whenever there is downtime
• Servicing an existing book of business

Experience

• Bilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse customer needs effectively.
• Experience working with multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities is desirable. Being proficient with computers.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills.

As a customer service representative being paid hourly, the clients should stay with the insurance brokerage if tenure ends. As our insurance brokerage grows hopefully you will be open to taking various jobs as needed.
