Bilingual Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated bilingual team member to join our office.

The Front Desk position plays an important role in our office. You will be one of the first people our customers interact with, so providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude are essential.

This position also includes handling the office cash and working on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and friendly customer service.
• Greet customers and assist them with their needs.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Handle the office cash and process customer payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate cash records and follow company procedures.
• Schedule appointments and assist with daily office tasks.
• Enter and update information using a computer.
• Support the team with daily office activities.
• Keep the front desk and office organized.
• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Work Sundays as part of the regular work schedule.

Requirements

• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and following financial procedures.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Responsible and punctual.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work Sundays.
• No previous experience required.

We Provide Training

Previous experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
