Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

J&K Cabinetry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Toronto team. We are a wholesale cabinetry company serving dealers, contractors, builders, and businesses across Canada.

Duties

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person with product, pricing, inventory, and order inquiries
• Process and coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow up on orders, pickups, deliveries, and backorders
• Handle order changes, returns, damages, and customer concerns
• Work closely with our sales and warehouse teams to resolve issues
• Provide quotations and general administrative support
• Provide friendly, professional service and build strong customer relationships
• Greet all walk-ins, introduce new vendors to the brand, and maintain business relations
• Assist with general administrative and office duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office and showroom environment
• Keep marketing materials, product literature, displays, and samples organized, current, and well-presented
• Support the team with other duties as required

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Excel, and computer systems
• Experience in cabinetry, construction, building materials, or wholesale distribution is an asset

They are an active listener, communicate clearly, pay close attention to order details, and understand the importance of providing reliable service in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
