Role & responsibilities

• Handle patient calls for a U.S.-based healthcare project.
• Communicate with patients in English and Spanish.
• Handle patient queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Follow up with patients as required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
• Provide professional and customer-focused service.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely resolution of patient queries.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience in International BPO, Customer Service, Collections or Healthcare.
• Fluent spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable handling patient calls and follow-ups.
• Good listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work for a U.S.-based healthcare project.
• Delhi NCR candidates can apply if willing to relocate to Mohali, Punjab.
