Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and Spanish)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with customers in English and Spanish, both in person and over the phone.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Use office software and computer systems to enter, update, and maintain customer information.
• Process customer payments and handle office cash accurately.
• Maintain accurate cash records and comply with established financial procedures.
• Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Maintain organized records and support daily office operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proficiency in office software and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow instructions accurately.
• Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to handle cash responsibly.
• Availability to work Sundays as part of the regular schedule.

Compensation

$16.00–$19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 46.0 per week
