Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and engage with customers and team partners via phone and email
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
• Stay current on events and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and team partners
• Manage CRM processes, including:
• Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Assist the Office Manager with various projects and reports
• Provide daily operational reports
• Attend and participate in company events

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant customer service experience
• Bilingual: Write and Speak English & Spanish
• Experience in the direct selling industry or a collaborative business environment is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NAV) is highly preferred
