We are looking for someone who takes pride in excellent patient care, enjoys working in a high-quality clinical environment, and wants an opportunity to continue growing their skills.

This position will primarily focus on general and restorative dentistry, but our assistants also have the opportunity to assist with implants, extractions, grafting, and other surgical procedures. Previous surgical or implant experience is strongly preferred.

If you are looking for a practice where you can learn, grow, work with a great team, and be involved in more than routine dentistry, we would love to meet you.

Our Ideal Dental Assistant

You are someone who is:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Professional, positive, and energetic
  • Warm and engaging with patients

  • Patient education and treatment communication
  • Preparing and turning over treatment rooms
  • Maintaining excellent sterilization and infection-control standards
  • Anticipating the doctor's needs during procedures

Surgical Assisting

Our practice also performs advanced surgical dentistry, and this position will assist with surgical procedures as needed.

Experience with any of the following is a major plus:

  • Dental implants
  • Surgical and routine extractions
  • Bone grafting
  • Implant-supported restorations
  • Full-arch / All-on-4 procedures
  • Surgical setup and breakdown
  • Sterile technique and maintaining a surgical field

You do not need to be exclusively a surgical assistant. This is primarily a restorative dental assisting position, but we are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable assisting with surgery and wants to continue developing those skills.

What Makes Our Practice Different

Our team is:

  • Growth-minded
  • Patient-experience focused
  • Fun, energetic, and team-oriented
  • Committed to providing high-quality dentistry
  • Always looking for ways to improve

  • Dental assisting experience; 3+ years preferred
  • Strong restorative assisting skills
  • Expanded-functions clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to anticipate the doctor's needs and stay organized
  • Comfortable occasionally assisting with phones and other team responsibilities when needed
  • Surgical and/or implant assisting experience strongly preferred

Qualifications

  • Dental radiography / X-ray certification
  • CPR certification preferred

Compensation

$20.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and clinical skill level
