We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented individual to join our AT&T campaign as a Bilingual Entry Level Team Member. If you enjoy meeting new people, having conversations, and finding ways to help customers, this is your opportunity to put those strengths to work.

In this role, you will introduce customers to AT&T wireless products and services, help them explore available options, and create positive first impressions through engaging, face-to-face interactions. Your English and Spanish communication skills will help you connect with a diverse range of customers while developing practical experience in sales, customer engagement, and professional communication. No previous sales experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the motivation to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Start meaningful conversations with potential customers and introduce them to AT&T wireless products and services.
• Communicate confidently with English- and Spanish-speaking customers to help them understand their options.
• Ask questions, listen to customer needs, and share relevant information about available offerings.
• Build rapport through friendly conversations, professionalism, and attentive customer service.
• Develop your product knowledge and learn effective customer engagement techniques through training and feedback.
• Work alongside your team to support campaign objectives and deliver a consistent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in working with people.
• A confident, approachable, and professional attitude.
• The ability to listen, learn, adapt, and communicate information clearly.
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to work toward shared goals.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is welcome but not required.
