BILINGUAL Fence & Deck Estimator / Project Manager

· FLUENT In Spanish and English REQUIRED

· 0-2+ years of construction crew coordination, material take-off creation, and/or estimating experience
(Willing to train motivated candidates who display initiative)

· Base plus potential Commissions.

· Must be confident in following up with prospecting clients, as well as maintaining current client's needs.

· Site Visits and professional interactions with prospective clients.

· Utilization of Measuring Devices to measure projects.

· Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing fence and deck installation projects.

· Accurate material or takeoff list creation.

· Ability to lift and maneuver at least 60 Pounds safely.

· Pick-up and delivery of excess material in company truck when necessary.

· Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record

· Learn and execute mission and marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue.

· Interacts professionally and provides exceptional service, internally and externally, always.

· Effectively presents information one-on-one and in group settings.

· Works collaboratively within a team; willingness to adapt to changing business demands.

· Strong computer and technology skills and the ability to adapt to new programs and software quickly.

· Maintain neat and professional appearance.

· Proactive mindset. Must take initiative under minimal supervision.

Fence & Deck Estimator / Project Manager

Sagamore Fence & Deck is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Fence and Deck Salesperson and/or Estimator with a strong work ethic to join our team. This individual will operate in many areas of our fencing process from generating sales leads to creating estimates for clients. Ideal Candidate must have strong communication skills, ability to adapt quickly to the company’s sales process, be well organized, very detail oriented, and committed to contributing to the vision and operational initiatives of the company.

Responsibilities

· Visit potential client project sites to take field measurements and document project details

· Communicate with client to document questions and concerns and offer solutions and/or design ideas.

· Prepare cost estimates and pricing details for potential clients.

· Placing bids for jobs, submitting detailed labor and material costs, and overseeing multiple projects at a time.

· Ensure projects are meeting set deadlines.

· Organize labor and work schedules.

· Relationship building with prospective clients.

· Seeing contracts through from start to finish.

· Managing leads thoroughly and efficiently.

· Willing to perform other duties as assigned to accomplish team goals.

Qualifications

· Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

· Confidence in interacting with clients.

· 2+ years relevant work experience in construction/construction management, and/or supporting senior staff is preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.

· Proven ability to independently exercise sound judgment, prioritize appropriately, show initiative and problem solve.

· Capable of building strong relationships with team members and clients to accomplish tasks and achieve goals.

· High degree of flexibility and adaptability; including the ability to work outside of regular business hours.

· The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.

· Outstanding planning & organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· A “can-do” attitude that focuses on getting the job done in a highly collaborative and positive way.

· Proven competency using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

· Comfortable with learning new software programs.

· Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

· Ability to manage shared Team Box inbox

· Valid drivers license and comfortable with potentially driving to client sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
