Bilingual Foreman

**Bilingual Foreman (English/Spanish) – Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings**

**G&D Erectors, Inc. | Southwest PA, West Virginia, Ohio**

We are a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) contractor based in southwest Pennsylvania, and we are looking for an experienced Foreman to run our job sites. This role requires someone who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, able to communicate clearly and confidently with crew, subcontractors, and management in both languages.

**Responsibilities**

• Oversee daily operations on PEMB job sites from start to finish

• Communicate clearly with crew and subcontractors in both English and Spanish

• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and manpower

• Enforce safety standards and work directly with our full-time safety director

• Read and interpret blueprints and project specs

• Report progress and issues to ownership/management

• Help train and develop less experienced crew members

**Requirements**

• Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish), spoken and written

• Prior experience as a foreman or lead on a construction crew required

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple trades on site

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

**A Word About Pay**

Our starting base pay for this position is $30/hour. That is the floor, not the ceiling. If you have extensive experience, we want to talk and we will work out a rate that reflects what you bring to the table. We reward good work quickly. Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
