Bilingual Forklift Operator

3Z Brands / Brooklyn Bedding is a leader in mattress engineering, known for innovative technology, patented materials, and high-quality bedding products manufactured in-house. With expanded operations at our new Glendale, Arizona facility designed to significantly increase production capacity, we are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Load and unload materials from trailers and delivery trucks
• Transport materials between production lines, storage areas, and loading docks
• Stack and store inventory in designated locations while following inventory control procedures
• Inspect loads for damage, shortages, and proper securement
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and support production schedules
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and maintain clean, obstruction-free work areas

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years operating sit-down forklift driving experience
• Valid forklift certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Basic computer skills required
• Bilingual skills are a plus
