Bilingual front desk assistant- med spa

Beauty Center Med Spa is looking for a bilingual (Spanish English) Front Desk Assistant with experience in a med spa or aesthetic practice. We’re seeking someone organized, professional, welcoming, and comfortable helping patients choose and book services.

Responsibilities

● Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience in English and Spanish.

● Answer calls and messages, explain services, and schedule appointments.

● Manage the calendars of all staff members, keeping appointments, availability, and schedule changes organized.

● Follow up with prospective and existing patients to answer questions, confirm appointments, and help them book their next visit.

● Check patients in and out, process payments, and support retail and service sales.

● Monitor product and supply inventory and report items that need to be reordered.

● Keep the reception area organized and support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

● Fluency in English and Spanish.

● Previous front desk experience in a med spa, aesthetic practice, or similar setting.

● Experience managing multiple providers’ schedules and processing payments.

● Strong customer service, communication, organization, and sales skills.

● Professional appearance and a friendly, dependable attitude.

● Ability to handle patient information with discretion.
