Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist/ Dr.’s Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and energetic bilingual person to join our front desk team. Some of the front desk duties include scheduling appointments in the EHR system, entering patient demographics, verifying insurances, scanning patient records into the EHR system, checking patients in/out, collecting co-pays and deductibles, and will also be cross trained as the Dr.’s assistant. You will also be needed to translate the examination for the Dr. and our Spanish speaking patients.

Applicant must be fluent in both English and Spanish

No experience necessary- we are willing to train the right candidate

We are open until 6PM during the week as well as being open until 2PM on Saturdays. The applicant must be able to work until 6PM during the week as well as Saturday’s until 2PM.
