BILINGUAL HR Professional (Spanish)

We are looking for a flexible team player to provide onsite support to the Human Resource team located in Pardeeville, WI. This person will assist in a variety of ways, such as maintaining employee personnel records, job postings, employee relations and Spanish translation across multiple facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Must be fluent in both English AND Spanish

· Talent acquisition and talent management for our Spanish speaking population, which includes but is not limited to:

o Recruiting

o Interviewing

o Onboarding

o Training

o Performance Management

· Collect and record employee data. Maintain confidentiality on sensitive personnel information.

· Provide clerical support to Human Resource department as needed and maintain confidentiality.

• High School diploma.
• Preferred 2-year associate degree or equivalent years of experience.
