Role Overview

As a Bilingual Infrastructure Engineer , you will utilize both English and Japanese to resolve network and server incidents, manage technical helpdesk operations, and deliver on-site technical support for corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support & Monitoring: Provide corporate technical user support, assist with meeting room equipment, and monitor alarms using Zabbix.
• Networks & Security: Operate, maintain, and execute general network infrastructure changes, including configuring rules and policies on firewalls (specifically FortiGate).
• Global Projects: Structure, maintain, open, and decommission network infrastructure for the company’s international branches and overseas offices.

Requirements & Screening Criteria

• Language Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent English (Business Level) AND Advanced Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent ability to work simultaneously in both languages). (Note: Monolingual candidates will not be considered).
• Age & Experience Filters:
• Ages 20 to 34: Minimum of 6 months of real experience in IT Support, Monitoring, Kitting (Hardware Assembly), or Development, plus at least one valid technical certification (e.g., CCNA, LPIC-1, LinuC1, AWS Cloud Associate, Azure Fundamentals, or CompTIA).
• Ages 35 to 39: Minimum of 3 years of solid operational and maintenance experience (infrastructure architecture/design documentation not strictly required).
• Ages 40+: Mandatory proof of operational technical leadership or advanced experience in complex initial network/server architecture (specialist troubleshooting in cloud or virtualization).
• Education: High School Diploma, Technical Degree, Bachelor’s, or Postgraduate Degree.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated Annual Salary: Starting from ¥3,940,000 JPY (varies based on experience and selection test results).
• Base Monthly Salary: Starting from a fixed ¥310,000 JPY (includes a standard Tokyo regional allowance of ¥25,000).
• Overtime: 100% paid accurately on a minute-by-minute basis for hours exceeding the legal daily limit.

Working Hours & Contract Conditions

• Contract Mechanism: Initially structured with successive 3 to 6-month contracts tied to client project stability. (Note: If an employee remains unallocated in "standby/bench" for more than 60 days, the contract may be terminated by mutual agreement).
