We are a growing, reputable personal injury law firm in Los Angeles looking for a motivated, outgoing, and personable Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our Client Intake Team!

We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, knows how to build relationships, and has the confidence to turn conversations into successful client sign-ups.

No legal experience? No problem! We are happy to train the right person. If you have experience in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced call center environment, we would love to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, persuasive, and motivated to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answer incoming calls from potential clients seeking legal assistance.
• Build rapport, establish trust, and provide an excellent first impression of our firm.
• Confidently communicate our services and guide potential clients through the sign-up process.
• Address questions, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
• Follow up with prospective clients and work toward converting inquiries into signed clients.
• Gather important client information and accurately enter details into our case management system.
• Assist with coordinating initial medical treatment for new clients.
• Work closely with our attorneys and legal team to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (REQUIRED).
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Confidence speaking with people over the phone and building relationships.
• Ability to handle objections and guide conversations toward a successful outcome.
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• Strong listening skills, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Prior law firm experience is NOT required. We are looking for the right personality, work ethic, and communication skills!

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

• Starting at $25/hour, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus opportunities of approximately $1,200+ per month.
• Potential annual compensation of approximately $66,400, based on a $25/hour rate, 40 hours per week, and $1,200 in monthly bonuses.

Bonuses are based on performance and are not guaranteed. Actual earnings will vary.
