Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients using your bilingual communication skills to explain insurance options clearly and confidently
• Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to potential clients through community events, networking, and direct outreach
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to align with client needs while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and offering personalized insurance solutions
• Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
• Analyze client information and market trends to identify opportunities for cross-selling life, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance products
• Stay informed about industry updates, insurance regulation changes, and product knowledge to provide accurate advice on health, life, property casualty, and benefits administration

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer engagement and negotiation skills
• Fluency in at least two languages with excellent client communication abilities in both languages (Bilingual proficiency required)
• Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Knowledge of commercial insurance, health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM system platforms for sales tracking and customer management
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through effective communication
• Understanding of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance during all sales activities
• Ability to work independently in outside sales settings while collaborating effectively with team members
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with a proactive approach to client outreach and engagement

Pay: $52,400.00 - $63,200.00 per year
